When reporting an issue, include your device model, iOS version, route, whether Location and Precise Location are enabled, whether you were indoors or in flight, and screenshots if helpful.
Common checks
- Enable Location permission for Tulpar.
- Enable Precise Location.
- Start tracking only after setting up a route.
- Use Restore Purchase if Tulpar Pro does not appear after purchase.
- Stop tracking from the active tracking screen when finished.
